Other jokes play with human nature, especially arrogance. In one story, a doctor and a lawyer rush for parachutes on a crashing plane, leaving a boy behind. But the boy calmly points out that the “smartest man in the world” grabbed his backpack instead of a parachute. Talking animals can be just as funny, especially when they act like humans while still thinking in unusual ways.
