My Neighbor Called the City Over My Fence, but the Inspection Ended With Her in Tears

She told me her name and that she had just moved in next door and that she was pleased to meet me, and both of these things seemed true, and then she said she wanted to mention, since we were neighbors, that she could see the tops of my trash cans from her living room window, and that she found it unsightly.
