The TSA Alarm Went Off the Second They Scanned My ID

“Coach is all the way in the back,” my brother said with a grin. “Try to enjoy it.”

I didn’t argue.

I simply walked to the security checkpoint, placed my government identification on the scanner, and waited.

Less than two seconds later, the monitor turned bright red.

A loud security alert echoed across the terminal.

My brother’s smile disappeared.
